Almost any dispute can be mediated if both parties are willing to have honest conversations rather than bickering over whom is right or wrong. Guiding mediation at a pace that is appropriate for both parties, I create a safe environment for people to engage in productive negotiations.

I spent the early part of my career negotiating conflicts in various countries, including the People's Republic of China, Russia, Ukraine, Canada, Mexico and the EU. These experiences gave me a global cultural perspective that can be helpful when guiding clients of differing cultures through dispute resolution.
